This website, a project of the National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO), provides free, concise information on employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs) and related issues in a variety of formats to suit different needs and learning styles. Launched in 1995, the site is produced by Scott Rodrick, the NCEO's IT/publication director and original webmaster. The NCEO is a nonprofit organization founded in 1981 whose mission is to help employee ownership thrive. Link to us and help spread the word!
